CANCELLATION POLICY 

Full refund – if a cancellation is made outside of 24 hours prior to the booked departure

No refund – within 24 hours of the booked trip departure

Full refund – if cancelled by the Operator prior to the scheduled departure, due to weather conditions, events, incidents or insufficient numbers of people to run a trip.

Note – an option to rebook for an alternate day and time will be offered to clients.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Canyon Explorers is the trading name of Adventure Group Limited (AGL).
2. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined are required to process your reservation.
3. Payment is required at time of booking.
4. All transactions are conducted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). 
5. AGL reserve the right to amend timetables, cancel departures, substitute plant and equipment, amend specials or offers and alter ticket prices at any time.
6. All agreements and contracts shall be subject solely to New Zealand law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
7. Guides are responsible for the safety of all people on any canyoning trip and have the right to decline or remove any person they believe is unsuitable for the current trip.
8. For reasons of safety, participants on our trips must follow the guides instructions. However, any person on a trip must ask the guide if they do not understand instructions, and further, need to express their concern should they feel an instruction or requirement is unsafe. This should be reported to the Managing Director of Adventure Group Limited – Stefan Crawford stefan@adventuregroup.co.nz. He will respond as soon as possible.
9. By making a booking, you are agreeing with our terms & conditions.
10. Our trips and all environments are smoke-free zones, no smoking will be permitted
11. Participants are required to complete our Risk Disclosure & Acknowledgement form prior to any trip.
